Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Condition of the goods

The returned goods must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Please ensure that the goods show no signs of wear, stains, odors, or damage.

Return shipping costs

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

Refund

Once your return has arrived with us, we will inspect the goods.

If the return is accepted, we will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method used.

Processing the refund may take several business days after receipt and inspection of the goods.

Unaccepted returns

Returns may be rejected if the goods are returned worn, washed, damaged, or not in their original condition.

In such cases, we reserve the right to refuse the refund in full or in part.
