Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal via the withdrawal form provided on our website.

To do so, enter your name, your order number and your email address. If you only wish to withdraw from individual items of an order, additionally state the items concerned. If you do not state any items, the withdrawal refers to the entire order specified.

After submitting the withdrawal, you will receive, without undue delay, an acknowledgement of receipt by email containing the details of your withdrawal as well as the date and time of receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Return shipment

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.

You will receive the return address to be used for the return shipment by email after registering your withdrawal or return. Please send returns exclusively to the return address communicated to you for this purpose.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

The costs of the return shipment are borne by the customer.

We recommend sending the return with shipment tracking and keeping the proof of postage until the return has been completed. This way, it can be proven in case of doubt that the goods were duly returned.

Condition of returned goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

This may be the case in particular for goods that have been worn beyond the necessary inspection, washed, soiled or damaged. The same may apply if hang tags or labels originally attached to the goods have been removed and this has resulted in a diminished value.
